Foghorns Drown - DEMO

My full game playthrough. Really good game.

EDIT: Okay, so the full game.... I liked it, but I'm gonna be honest with y'all, the demo on this page is over half the full game. This really needed to be longer. The thing is, you didn't really have to change much to make this a better length - you didn't really need more assets, just a few more day/night cycles to build up the tension and a few interesting conversations with  the existing characters, maybe some tense distant sounds. As it is, it's kind of over before it gets going. I paid about $10 on Steam for it, but it's really worth like $5 at most in its current state, despite how much I enjoyed it. It's just SO short. :/

Pretty good,  I wish you luck. Some notes: 1) There was no indication that TAB should be used for inventory, or that inventory even exists, so I was stuck for a while at the coffee making part. 2) I was happy to see "invert mouse" option, but then it turned out to invert X axis which to me seems quite bizzare. 3) Jeremiah was invisible in the scene after picking up the letter. I told that guy that I don't have the letter, in case that has something to do with it.

I can not wait for the full release!

Foghorns Drown nailed the creepy atmosphere and world building expertly! I was despertely waiting for the tension to reach it's height, but it looks like we will have to wait for the full release. Great job Laaya!

Amazing game I loved the eerie atmosphere, the cinematic shots, the mystery, the lore, and the spooks. P.S. Thank you for adding a dog I love him and will die for him same for the chicken. ❤️

One of the games of the year! the intrigue surrounding the village and the eerrie atmosphere gets me keen for the full game. i wasn't a big fan of the ending, not at all, but hey maybe thats just me? Can't wait for full game. See my playthrough here:

This demo surprised me I have to say, the eerie atmosphere and the mystery surrounding this place has got me excited for the full game. The end shocked me as well but I wont say much more than that because I don't want to spoil it for other players, highly recommend this demo! 

What a beautiful game! Really well made with such nice visuals to look at. Lots of details put into this + an unique great story.
