FINAL CRUNCH WEEK - DAY 2
The crunch continues!
Hello again! We've continued making good progress today. Last night's sleep didn't seem to be enough because I had an accidental nap earlier today - luckily it was an energizing one!
We finally made models and animations for these fuel cell holders, which will unlock later parts of the game.
It still looks very gray and generic, so I might revisit the textures to make it more visible.
Level design!
It's perhaps the single most demanding task of this entire project. Abrasion has quite a big world to explore, and even though we can cut a lot of corners thanks to our low res art style, it takes a lot of time to add detail into each corner of the map.
Here's one small area I touched up today:

The details are simple, but they make a location like this much more believable and interesting to explore.
We also cooked up some tacos :p
